Beacon Hill Restoration
This booming Boston brownstone, originally built in 1870, had not been updated in over 70 years and was in desperate need of attention. We were brought in to restore this 1,900 s.f. gem to its former glory. Our work included a complete interior and exterior gut. We then remodeled the home to an exceptional level of fit and finish–within 1/16” tolerance throughout–earning this property the nickname of the “jewelry box home.” To honor and maintain the historic exterior appearance, we repointed the brick facade and installed a new slate roof.
