Horizon House
| A Contemporary Cape Cod by Muldoon Architects and Archwright Fine Home Builders Along the quiet curve of Cape Cod’s coastline, The Horizon House stands as a refined dialogue between architecture, craftsmanship, and setting. Conceived by Muldoon Architects and brought to life in close collaboration with Archwright Fine Home Builders, the residence was intentionally shaped to capture the horizon from every room — a design that transforms the experience of home into a continuous relationship with light, landscape, and view. The Horizon House embodies the power of collaboration and precision. It reflects a shared belief between architect and builder that timeless homes are not simply constructed — they are composed, one measured decision at a time, until structure and setting become inseparable. |

Cedar shingles, natural stone, and expanses of glass root the home in its coastal environment, while the interiors unfold in quiet continuity: white oak floors, custom cabinetry, and subtle architectural lines that draw the eye outward. Each space — from the kitchen to the primary suite — is framed by the horizon, honoring the architect’s intent that every room engage the view.

From the earliest planning stages, builder and architect worked in tandem to align design intent with constructability. Archwright’s defined preconstruction process — detailed estimating, sequencing, and early systems integration — ensured that the home’s sculpted form and material precision could be executed seamlessly.

Throughout construction, Archwright’s on-site management team guided the project through a disciplined 13-month schedule. Weekly field reviews, proactive coordination, and rigorous quality control brought the architectural vision into sharp focus — balancing efficiency with the artistry of hand-finished detail.
