Nye's Neck

This beachfront property in North Falmouth, Cape Cod, invites and resonates with the natural elements surrounding the property. The homeowner brought in Archwright to advise and complete the existing project. We assessed the plans and existing conditions, reimagining the layout to open up the space to maximize the sweeping ocean views. This required removing an existing concrete slab and repouring a foundation to accommodate the extended entryway, as well as rerunning pipes and utilities.

Highlights of the home include a central staircase of rift white oak and glass, allowing for unobstructed views that lend an open, airy feel to the space. The kitchen by Christopher Peacock is appointed with a premium appliance package including Sub-Zero and Wolf. We partnered with a Nashville-based interior designer virtually, who captured the essence of this beachfront home through a natural color palette and material selection.
