The Boat House
This incredibly unique 1900s home was originally a seaplane hangar with a tudor-style architectural design. The waterfront property encompasses a primary residence, a guest house, and a carriage house that all share a common style and construction.
Archwright conducted a complete interior restoration of the living areas. We restored the historic gardens on the property, which complemented the outdoor living space. Due to the property's proximity to the water, we had to accommodate a required 18-foot flood elevation during construction.
We continue to maintain and care for the property, providing year-round property management and completing special projects each year that complement the evolution of the family's needs.
